We see the majority of patients at our offices on Crooked Oak Drive in Lancaster, Pa. We also see patients at Willow Valley Medical Center (See map and directions below-or click here).

From Route 30, take exit for Oregon Pike north. Drive one-tenth of a mile north on Oregon Pike to intersection at Eden Road. Go right on Eden Road (Sheetz gas station), past The Best Western Hotel/Eden Resort, drive a half-mile to intersection of Crooked Oak Drive and turn right, LNSA office complex is the third building on left. Main entrance is on the upper level of the parking lot near the American flag.

 

The NeuroSpine Center :

The NeuroSpine Center is located adjacent to our main office. To access it directly, follow the above directions. Once you’ve made the turn onto Eden Road, drive six tenths of a mile to entrance for the Eden Road Medical Center.

 

The Center for Spine Care :

The Center for Spine Care is located in Lancaster NeuroScience & Spine Associates’ main office. For directions to the Center for Spine Care, follow the above directions or the map below for our main office.

 

Physical Therapy :
